Ameri-Tech is the vision of brothers Joseph & Albert Pettinella who succeeded their father in the construction industry. Joseph is a Licensed Principal Broker with extensive experience in land development, site selection and mortgage financing. He is a 1980 graduate of Fordham University College of Business Administration with a major in Public Accounting. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors & New York State Association of Realtors. Albert is a life long resident of Dutchess County. He is a graduate of Utica College with a degree in Construction Management. Versatile in all types of construction and familiar with all aspect of the building trades. Home buyers have appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, and his “hands on” approach to each step of the building processs.
